We participated in the birth of the industry and took part in its evolution - from silly fads to scientific breakthroughs. We believe that our job is to give you the tools you need to stay healthy and active well into your 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and beyond. It is our goal to teach you what it has taken us a lifetime to learn. We call it Personal Fitness Empowerment. We believe in inspiring and educating, rather than keeping you dependent. We have a limited membership so you never have a crowded gym or have to wait in line. Our passion is fitness and we want you to help you not merely survive..... but THRIVE!

We have a state of the art cardio center featuring the leading brands, including LifeFitness and Precor. Choose your favorite, or keep it fresh by choosing something different each day - spin, upright and recumbent bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, stepmills, rowers, upper body ergometers and more. We also offer an expertly equipped weight room including a full line of selectorized equipment, functional trainers, and enough free weights to please everyone from the novice to the advanced weight lifting enthusiast.
THRIVE ONE AND DONE CIRCUIT
The Thrive Fitness Plus One and Done Circuit is a full body workout and can be completed in as little as 20 minutes. Circuit workouts should be done 3 days a week and can be tailored to your fitness level as you progress by adding weight and/or rounds. On alternate (non-circuit) days, you may simply do 20 to 40 minutes on your favorite piece of cardio equipment along with your core workout. We are here to help! Ask us for a personalized core workout or weight routine outside the circuit.
Your fitness journey can be fun when you add the camaraderie and support of a group. We are excited to announce that June 1st we will be starting our weekly classes. Classes will be limited in capacity, so plain accordingly and try and get there early. We recommend you bring your own towel and mat because we do not supply those two items. These will be back to back classes designed to work cohesively in order to warm your muscles up and then work them out. Hey, you might even learn some new rythms.
