BUTTS & GUTS

Want a focused workout that targets the core, thighs and glutes? Our 30-minutes Butts & Guts class uses free weights, resistance bands and body weight exercises to target your entire body, with a special focus on abs, thighs, and glutes. All levels welcome.


UPPER CUTS
BRING A MAT AND TOWEL ( OPTIONAL)
On this 30-minutes Upper Cuts class you will lift, push and pull your way to strong! Toning your muscles from the hips up in this guided weight-training workout that moves from set to set, and incorporates a round of core work and metabolic conditioning. Moves can be modified to your fitness level. This class is your core, arms, chest and back day.
THRIVE BOOTCAMP

20-minutes Thrive Bootcamp class is an interval class designed for individuals new to Bootcamp. A variety of exercises that will help you improve and increase power, agility, cardio, endurance and overall strength. Modifications available for all levels.
